The subject of Sanskrit has been vital for the survival and welfare of mankind on the planet Earth. It has an intimate relationship with sources of energy. The Light, Heat, Matter and Energy are extensively studied and taught in Philosophy. Philosophy involves the study of all forces and interactions, both visible and invisible, which guide and control the functioning of entire Universe. The subject Philosophy has a tremendous applied face and orientation and therefore its study promotes great intellectual stimulation.
BEGINNING:
The Department of Sanskrit was established in the year 1980, with Prof. ___________ as its first Head. With the natural growth classes of B.Sc. I, II & III came into being. The Graduate course in Physics was introduced in the session --------. Despite the fierce competition, the department has succeeded in producing spectacular results for the B.Sc. classes.
